The planning and opening of the casino was well behind schedule when the client contracted Navegante only 66 days prior to opening to take responsibility for opening the casino on time, on budget, and to targeted operating standards. Navegante was also asked wpeC.jpg (7886 bytes)to provide input regarding the positioning, design, operation and marketing of the gaming operation to maximize guest satisfaction, marketing leverage (vis a vis selling hotel rooms) and financial return on investment. Within 30 days, the gaming operation was back on schedule, on budget and arguably operationally ahead of other departments which had been working together for a much longer period of time.
