For this project Navegante was contracted to conduct a market analysis and feasibility study for a mid-sized hotel and casino project located on Margarita Island, Venezuela. On a macro level, research centered on areas ranging from the Venezuelan political climate and economic stability to the newly enacted gaming regulation.

On a micro level, elements such as future competition, marketing restrictions and construction considerations were thoroughly dissected. Upon completion of this study, Navegante went on to issue the market place a green light but suggested that the client reconsider their initial choice of location.
