   The 5 W's of the Program:

Who: If you refer a friend that submits their resume via email (preferred), fax or mail, we will code that individual (candidate) to you for a 1-year period from the date we receive it (Referral Period). If we place that candidate in a successful job we will send you, via check, a $$$ thank you (Referral Gratuity).

What: A successful placement is when the candidate remains employed at the hiring casino  (client) past our Guarantee Period. Our Guarantee Period is typically 60-days, however this timeframe is flexible and solely up to the discretion of Navegante Search and the client.

Where: A referred candidate may be placed anywhere that gaming is legal, including outside of the United States or overseas.

When: You will receive a check in the mail AFTER the successful Guarantee Period. This amount must be reported as income and after the end of the calendar year a form 1099 will be mailed to you.

Why: We are doing this to show our thanks to all of the past and present referrals that we receive. It truly is a networking industry, and if we can benefit through this Referral Program, than so will our friends.

How much is the thank you Referral Gratuity? 
    10% of the amount that Navegante Search collects.

How will I know that you are keeping accurate accounting? 
    Our reputation is just important as yours! There may come a time when a resume is submitted that we already have on our database. If so, we will let the candidate know that this is the case, and it will be their responsibility to let the referring friend know.

Can I refer myself? 
    Yes, but you will not receive the 10% Referral Gratuity. Your reward will come in the form of a new, challenging job opportunity offered through Navegante Search and our gaming clients.

Suppose I refer a candidate that is in negotiations with a client, and the 1-year Referral Period has just about expired? 
    We are looking out for everyone’s best interest, and in those cases we will extend the Referral Period.
