A
casino within a new hotel, which is to be developed in the Eldorado
district of Panama City, Republic of Panama. The Owners
will build out the Casino, which consists of approximately 30,000
square feet. The Casino space will be leased out at an annual
rent of approximately $300,000, to a third party (“Lessee”) who
provides the gaming equipment and other items necessary to make
the Casino ready for use.
The
build-out will be delivered to Lessee and Navegante through the
dry wall stage including all structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
and ancillary services.
