Marc Weiswasser is a 21-year casino veteran of Las Vegas. He has worked for some of the smallest as well as some of the world’s largest casinos in Las Vegas,  including the Flamingo Hilton Las Vegas and the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

Mr. Weiswasser opened the MGM Grand working in the casino operations department.  He also worked in the French Roulette area (at that time the only wheel of its kind in America) and was acting Table Games Instructor educating the customers on "How to understand and play all the table games with confidence." He graduated from the premiere University of Oz class, MGM Grand's in-house training program, and has his AA.S degree in casino management from the Community College of Southern Nevada.

He has completed many consulting jobs including properties in California, Armogassa Valley and Las Vegas, Nevada. His  years of hands-on casino operations experience has given him the ability to tackle any project that relates to casino operations.

Mr. Weiswasser's current role is Director of Navegante Search International, (NSI) which is the  executive search division of The Navegante Group.  NSI specializes in senior level placement for gaming executives. Mr. Weiswasser  is the former, and first, Executive Director of the Casino Management Association,  (CMA) an international professional trade organization for the gaming industry.  Through his six years of leadership the CMA had grown to more than 700 members in 15 different states and five countries. He created and implemented the educational Certification Series program which, to date,  has seen 130 graduates.  The CMA  facilitates educational gaming seminars, industry networking and informational meetings for casino industry employees.
