Navegante was retained by Isleta Gaming Palace to provide a detailed operational review of an existing Native American casino.  This undertaking consisted of a five day visit to the property, interviewing in depth over thirty staff members, and performing a thorough analysis of the operation and its procedures.

A comprehensive document was produced outlining the findings, explaining in detail their impact on the operation and recommending an action plan to be implemented. In addition, the review package included examples of all the new documents management would need to complete the recommended changes, and a two day follow up visit, conducted three months later, to assess the progress and success of the overhaul. The client implemented the recommendations, and is happy with the results.
