

Mr.
Resnik started in the gaming industry at the El Dorado Club
as a dealer in 1947. After serving his country in the
Korean War, he returned to the casino industry where he held
positions as Floor Supervisor, Pit Manager, Shift Manager, Casino
Manager and part owner. He has worked at virtually every
major casino on the Las Vegas Strip, and since 1979 Bernie has
focused his attention on Casino Marketing and Table Game Operations.
In
1993 Mr. Resnik opened the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino as a
Senior Credit Executive. In 1997, Bernie joined the Navegante
Group and assisted in the development and opening of Casino
Niagara.
He has
conducted educational lectures on "Determining Player
Worth" to many different venues of casino employees, from
CEO's to dealers.
