This engagement involved designing, developing and implementing a high-end Asian premium player-marketing program. Activities included an intensive start-up period of initial strategic planning, the development of tactical implementation programs, and personal introductions to various Asian/Pacific Rim parties involved in this specialized market segment.

The assignment also included the development and presentation of two written reports: "Marketing Plan for the Implementation of a Premium, International Asian Player Program at Bally’s Las Vegas and Atlantic City" and "Bally’s Las Vegas, Baccarat Operations Review."
