  • MUST HAVE CPA.

  • Administer and monitor the system of internal controls and financial standard operating procedures.
  • Organize and direct the activities of accounting, cash operations (cage/vault, drop/count), purchasing, and MIS.
  • Supervise preparation and analysis of financial statements. Oversee preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, and present to Tribal Council.

  • Responsible for the overall marketing, advertising, public relations and promotion for the casino property. Will create and execute marketing plans and budget for the property.
  • Will develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Will oversee entertainment and the Gift Shop
  • Requires excellent customer relation skills, and at least 3 years marketing experience in a gaming environment.
  • Handles staffing and scheduling needs, and develops and maintains ongoing training programs. Reports to the General Manager.

Player Development Manager

Publicly traded company with a successful Riverboat in the Midwest, seeks an experienced Player Development Manager:

  • Develop programs specifically geared to high rollers: outings, special events, and player events.
  • Develop profiles on each rated player to ensure all members of guest services know the rated players and how to service them.
  • Establish a personal relationship with each player by keeping in touch by phone and letter on a regular and on-going basis.
  • Nurture new potential high rated players by establishing and actively pursuing their business.
  • Work with the Vice President of Gaming to ensure rated players are identified.
  • Develop and implement training programs for casino hosts that are specifically geared to rated players.
