2. Floor Pilates and Yogic Stretching Routines:
These private sessions spend more time on elongation of the body, core training, and overall body flexibility.
3. Reality Self-Defense Training:
The Private Reality Self Defense training consists of fighting techniques that come from, Advanced American Kenpo Concepts, Krav Maga (Israeli commando fighting sciences) and also the art of Hawaiian Lua (ancient Hawaiian warrior training).
The above mentioned training is very high paced cardio wise. It is an intense work-out that will shape you like you have never thought possible! The training is done inside as well as outside of the studio to add more of a "real life scenario" to it.

4. Aerobic Kickboxing Work-Out:
High cardio level work-out that utilizes bag work, shadow boxing,balance training, jump-rope routines,core training, abdominal work, flexibility and light weights.
5. Executive Boxing Work-Out:
Very similar to the kickboxing training, but without utilizing the kicking. Still, a very great heavy cardio-vascular work-out!
6.Tai Chi "short form" and Healing Chi Kung Work-Out:
