This will speed up the success rate of your personal goals, and give you more help on the trouble areasand diet plans. Dr. Erickson is trained in sports therapy and nutrition.
Private lessons in Personal Fitness Training, Aerobic Kickboxing, Tai Chi:

$300.00 package of 10 lessons (valid for 6 months from purchase)
All private lessons are booked by appointment only, at a time that suits your schedule. 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or there is a forfeiture of the class fees. |

| Physical Therapy and Massage (by appointment only) |
Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Neuro-Cybernetic Therapy, and Structural Manipulation.
All treatments are $50.00 per visit. |

| Note: There will be a $15.00 fee for any returned check or cancelled payment. Any more than 2 returned checks or cancelled payments, then the student must pay in cash. Students paying by the month must pay between the 25th and 29th of each month, after the first month paid. There will be a $10.00 late fee added after the 29th until paid in full. |
