Our Bootcamp class is a combination of Aerobics, Martial Arts, Military Fitness Training, Kickboxing, Hand Weights, Abdominal Work, Floor Pilates, as well as Boxing style Jump-Rope routines.

Each daily Bootcamp during the week is different in order to target different muscle groups. The pace is high so that maximum calorie burning can be achieved! |

Classes run approximately an hour and the music keeps you on pace. You can go at your own rate and speed. |

BREAKDOWN OF THE BODY PHYSICS WORKOUT CLASSES:
BODY PHYSICS 101: Class intensity level: Moderate
The 101 work out consists of moderate cardio-vascular exercise movements that incorporate the use of exercise ball, medicine ball, free weights, and jump rope. Tgis class works balance, muscle isolation, anaerobic exercise, and abdominal strengthening.
BODY PHYSICS 102: Class intensity level: Moderate to Heavy
This class uses more "active motion" cardio-vascular movements and it also contains elements that completely isolate each on of the muscles that are located in the butt and legs. A combination of floor Pilates, hand weights and medicine ball are also used in this class.
BODY PHYSICS 103: Class intensity level: Light to Moderate
The level 103 class offers a mixture of body sculpting with free weights, but it mainly targets the abdominal muscles throughout the class. "They really get worked!" Jump rope is also used for warm up at the beginning of the class.
BODY PHYSICS 104: Class intensity level: Moderate to Heavy
The level 104 class is a mixtureof classes 101, 102, 103. It is a great multi-purpose high intensity workout that really "gets it done!"
BODY PHYSICS 105: Class intensity level: "R.I.P." YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED
This class is totally "off the chart!!" But don't be afraid to try it. Anybody can do it, just work at your own pace!! Your instructor for this class is, well, let's just say, "If he's here teaching, who the heck is running hell?"
