What is general practice?
To us,
general practice mostly means business law. We can help
you set up your business in any state and tell you the rules

we can help you collect bad debts, perform real estate transactions
- including financing, development, zoning problems and
tax deductions. We also deal with general business transactions,
such as contract issues, financial and estate planning,
and probate and trust administration. Don't worry if your

anyway; if we cannot, we have a wide range of associates,
one of which might even specialize in the area of your problem.
