firm. The senior partners are Stevan H. Lieberman
and Michael L. Greenberg. Of counsel to the firm
is the Honorable John B. Anderson, former Presidential
Candidate and 30 year congressional representative and
William A. Bonk, a registered patent attorney and mechanical
engineer. In addition to their law degrees, Stevan Lieberman
has over 15 years experience in the computer field and
has a wide range of legal experience, while Michael Greenberg's
secondary skills are in the areas of chemistry and biochemistry.
As almost all intellectual property law firms, we prepare
and file patents, trademarks and copyrights. We
are a boutique law firm with 4 attorneys and 7 staff members.
We are qualified specifically in mechanical, biochemical,
electrical, and the computer fields. However, we
can handle applications in nearly every field. Our
staff members are not only good legal practitioners, but
also have a very broad and diversified education and experience.
Represented within the firm are numerous disciplines.
In the area of trademarks, service marks and franchising,
we have extensive experience in a wide variety of fields,
including clothing, fashion apparel, makeup and design,
computers, electronics and communications, and small business.

In the area of general practice our experience is wide
ranging. Our experience spans from real estate closings,
zoning changes and property tax appeals to public entitlement
hearings and divorce to corporate setup, financing and
SEC filings. In some of these areas we associate
with other firms in order to better promote our client's
interests.
Our offices are situated very near the United States Patent
and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office.
All documents are filed by hand and never by mail.
Our locality has allowed our attorneys to interact directly
with many United States Patent and Trademark Copyright
examiners, and because we do not have to travel, the cost
to meet with an examiner will be considerably less then
if we were in another locality.
Additionally, as we are highly sophisticated in today's
communication technology, it does not matter where your
business is located. We are capable of communication
through any medium available, and a live person is always
available on our toll free number in order to meet your
needs. Upon calling the firm, the phone will often
be picked up by one of the attorneys or a paralegal.
It is firm policy to be as available as possible to our
